Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you download, purchase, or use Orbari ("Orbari," "we," "us"). By using Orbari, you agree to these terms and to any applicable App Store terms.
What Orbari is
Orbari is a personal relationship manager for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It helps you keep notes, reminders, relationships, family connections, and other personal details about the people who matter to you.
Purchases and access
Orbari is free for up to 5 people. A one-time App Store purchase unlocks unlimited people, private sync options, Markdown export, and additional app icons. Prices, availability, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on supported devices using the restore purchase option in the app.
Your data
You own the relationship data, notes, recordings, exports, and files you create in Orbari. Orbari stores that information on your device unless you choose to sync it through your own iCloud account or a folder you select.
You are responsible for the content you add, the people whose information you store, and your own backups. Please use Orbari respectfully and only in ways that are lawful where you live.
Privacy
Orbari is designed so we do not receive your relationship data. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
On-device intelligence
Some features use Apple on-device intelligence to help extract people, dates, details, and follow-ups from notes or speech. These features are assistive and may not always be complete or accurate. You should review important information before relying on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Orbari, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it, use it to violate someone else's rights, or use it for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Intellectual property
Orbari, including its design, name, logo, code, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Orbari to you. You may use the app for your personal or internal purposes in line with these terms.
App Store terms
If you downloaded Orbari from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing Orbari support or maintenance; please contact us for help.
Disclaimers
Orbari is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim to make it reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Orbari.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date on this page.
